How will we use your information?

Our seminars provide education about Senior Preferred (HMO) plan options. If you register, we use only your name and phone number to help us plan for the event and in case we need to let you know if it’s cancelled. If you attend, there is no obligation for you to enroll in a plan.

This information is available for free in other languages. Please call Customer Service at (800) 394-5566 or (TTY 711), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From October 1 through March 31, we are also available on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
