A customer service representative is available to assist Senior Preferred members Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. In addition, from October 1 through February 14 we are available Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
We can schedule a time for you to meet with a representative to review our plan options. For people who are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired, please call TTY / TDD 711 or toll free (800) 877-8973, or you may call through a video relay service company of your choice.
You can meet with a customer service representative Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Onalaska location located just past the Onalaska Gundersen Clinic at 3190 Gundersen Drive in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
In addition, you can meet with a representative Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Health Resource Center located in the main lobby of Gundersen Clinic at 1836 South Avenue in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
